On March 2, we had a multicultural playgroup with a spring theme at Tama Plaza Chiki Care Plaza! We started by decorating big butterflies with stickers and creating sparkling butterflies together. It was fun to greet each other in different languages! Then, we played a treasure hunt to find hidden flowers, clovers, and ladybugs. After counting our finds, we relaxed with some gentle yoga. We also read the classic “The Hungry Little Caterpillar” in Japanese, English, and Spanish, with a stuffed caterpillar joining us for extra fun! To finish the day, we made butterfly mobiles. We colored coffee filters with water-based pens and enjoyed watching the colors bloom with a light mist. It was a delightful and creative day!

3月（がつ）2日（か）に春（はる）のテーマで多文化（たぶんか）プレイグループをしました。たまプラーザ地域（ちいき）ケアプラザの部屋（へや）に着（つ）いたら、最初（さいしょ）に大（おお）きなちょうちょにシールをはって、キラキラのちょうちょをみんなでつくりました。次（つぎ）にいろいろな国（くに）の言葉（ことば）で挨拶（あいさつ）をしました。そのあとは、部屋（へや）に隠（かく）れている花（はな）とクローバー、てんとう虫（むし）を探（さが）すゲームをしました。みんなで数（かず）を数（かぞ）えてから、ヨガで体（からだ）をほぐしました。そして、みんなもよく知（し）っている「はらぺこあおむし」を日本語（にほんご）、英語（えいご）、スペイン語（ご）で読（よ）みました。あおむしくんのぬいぐるみも登場（とうじょう）！あおむしがむしゃむしゃ食（た）べる様子（ようす）が伝（つた）わったかな。そして、最後（さいご）にちょうちょのモビールを作（つくり）りました。コーヒーフィルターに水性（すいせい）ペンで好（す）きな模様（もよう）を書（か）いて、霧吹（きりふ）きスプレーで色（いろ）がにじむ様子（ようす）を楽（たの）しみました。
