SCCは8月（がつ）29日（にち）に青葉区（あおばく）を拠点（きょてん）に活動（かつどう）する愉音（ゆおん）の「まるごと一日（いちにち）音楽会（おんがくかい）」に協力（きょうりょく）しました。
最初（さいしょ）に、隣（となり）の人（ひと）に風船（ふうせん）を渡（わた）しながら順番（じゅんばん）に自己紹介（じこしょうかい）しました。次（つぎ）に、インド、ラトビア、日本（にほん）のSCCメンバーが、それぞれの国（くに）の絵本（えほん）を英語（えいご）、ラトビア語（ご）、日本語（にほんご）で読（よ）みました。最後（さいご）に、みんなで手（て）をつないでラトビアダンスを踊（おど）り、インドのボリウッドダンスにも挑戦（ちょうせん）しました。SCCのインド出身（しゅっしん）メンバーの子（こ）どもは、「いっしょに遊（あそ）ぼう！」と言（い）って、初（はじ）めて会（あ）ったの女（おんな）の子（こ）と仲良（なかよ）くなっていました。SCCの多言語（たげんご）おはなし会（かい）のあと、子（こ）どもたちは愉音（ゆおん）の音楽（おんがく）体（からだ）あそびを楽（たの）しみました。
7月（がつ）の東急（とうきゅう）こども応援（おうえん）プログラムの報告会（ほうこくかい）で愉音（ゆおん）さんがSCCに声（こえ）をかけて、コラボレーションをすることになりました。同（おな）じ地域（ちいき）で活動（かつどう）する団体（だんたい）がお互（たが）いの良（よ）いところを共有（きょうゆう）する機会（きかい）になったことは、とてもうれしいことでした。
SCC teamed up with Yuon, based in Aoba Ward, for their “A Whole Day of Music” concert on August 29.
First, everyone took turns introducing themselves while passing balloons to their neighbors. Next, SCC members from India, Latvia, and Japan read picture books from their countries in English, Latvian, and Japanese. Finally, everyone joined hands for Latvian dance and tried the Indian Bollywood dance. A child from India, who is a member of SCC, said, “Let’s play together!” and became friends with a little girl she had just met. Following SCC’s multilingual storytelling session, the children enjoyed Yuon’s music and movement activities.
The collaboration started when Yuon approached SCC at the Tokyu Kodomo Ouen Program report session in July. It was wonderful to see that the event created an opportunity for organizations working in the same community to share the best parts of each other.
