1月（がつ）22日（にち）、今年（ことし）最初（さいしょ）のおやこプレイグループをしました。おせち料理（りょうり）のかわいい絵（え）のパネルシアターを楽（たの）しんだり、もちつきの手遊（てあそ）びをしたりしました。とても早（はや）かったです！ そして、かわいいお手玉（てだま）で遊（あそ）んだり、家（いえ）にあるものでお手玉（てだま）を作（つく）ったりしました。日本人（にほんじん）のファシリテーター、りさがお手玉（てだま）のいろいろな遊（あそ）び方（かた）を教（おし）えてくれたり、だるまおとしや福笑（ふくわら）いなど、日本（にほん）の昔（むかし）のおもちゃにも挑戦（ちょうせん）したりしました。ママも子（こ）どもたちもとても楽（たの）しく、新（あたら）しい友達（ともだち）もできました。

On January 22nd, we had our first OYACO playgroup session of the year with so many kids. First, we enjoyed a panel theater with cute pictures of Osechi food and a hand play of Mochitsuki… so fast! Then, we played with cute little bean bags and made our little balls with items we all had at home. The Japanese facilitator, Risa showed us various ways of playing otedama.And we tried other traditional Japanese toys such as Darumaotoshi and Fukuwarai. Moms and kids had a lot of fun and made new friends.
