Let’s meet at a cafe, enjoy a drink, chat, and experience Sashiko, a traditional Japanese hand-stitching art. We’ll introduce what Sashiko is and guide you through the basics. A basic Sashiko kit will be provided. This gathering will continue regularly, and in future sessions you can try your own designs by bringing or purchasing materials yourself. No experience needed.

カフェで 飲（の）みものを 飲（の）みながら、日本（にほん）の 伝統的（でんとうてき）な 刺繍（ししゅう）「刺（さ）し子（こ）」を 体験（たいけん）しませんか。刺（さ）し子（こ）が どんなものか 説明（せつめい）して、やり方（かた）の 基本（きほん）を 教（おし）えます。刺（さ）し子（こ）の 道具（どうぐ）は こちらで 準備（じゅんび）します。この 集（あつ）まりは これからも 定期的（ていきてき）に 行（おこな）います。2回目（かいめ）からは、自分（じぶん）で 好（す）きな布（ぬの）などを 持（も）ってきて、好（す）きな デザインに 挑戦（ちょうせん）することも できます。
初（はじ）めての 人（ひと）も 大歓迎（だいかんげい）です。
