Kamakura Adventure

Have fun outdoors! Join us for a day exploring Kamakura. (Little Kyoto)

Starting at Kita-Kamakura station, we’ll follow a little-known walking trail.

We’ll visit the famous “Zeniarai Benzaiten Ugafuku” Shinto shrine, the money-washing shrine. We’ll eat have a picnic lunch near the shrine.

If we have time, we’ll also visit the Daibutsu (Great Buddha)

This event is for any age but please don’t bring a pushchair (stroller) because we’ll walk on narrow, uneven paths.

Meet at 10:30 outside Kita-Kamakura station on the Yokosuka Line.

Please bring:

1. Packed lunch (obento), snacks and drinks
2. Plastic picnic sheet
3. Mask and alcohol gel/wipes
4. Flat, comfortable shoes (We’ll walk a lot!)
5. ¥500 fee per family
