Breathing techniques not only improve kids’ posture but help children
manage their emotions and develops children’s concentration.
Through playful exercises, children challenges yoga postures
and encouraged to stimulate their senses which will be a base of development.
This is a kids yoga session offering breathing play and sensorial movement.
