＼ Creative Mondays アートでつながるプロジェクト／ Creative Mondays session on Dec 2nd was a heartwarming gathering where participants crafted beautiful fabric collage postcards and Ribbon and Button Christmas trees!This session was made extra special as a craft-loving mom, whom we met at Morinoto One Day Harvest Festival Marche, joined us, adding to the joyful atmosphere. Through Creative Mondays, we continue to bring people together, fostering connections and creating smiles through creativity and conversations. As we close this year with gratitude, we look forward to welcoming everyone back on January 20th, 2025, with fresh ideas and renewed enthusiasm. ＼CREATIVE MONDAYS アートでつながるプロジェクト／ @awoolner_photography Andrew, who always takes great photos at SCC, will be the instructor. He will be showing the basics of candid portrait photography including composition and use of light. Everyone should bring some kind of photo taking device (phones are okay). いつもSCCですてきな写真（しゃしん）を撮影（さつえい）してくれるアンドリューが講師（こうし）を務（つと）めます。アンドリューが構図（こうず）や光（ひかり）の使（つか）い方（かた）など、基本的（きほんてき）なポートレート写真（しゃしん）の撮（と）り方（かた）を説明（せつめい）します。撮影（さつえい）する機材（きざい）（スマホでもだいじょうぶです）を持（も）ってきてください。

＼Arts&Crafts Playgroup クラフトプレイグループNov 25th／ We had a wonderful time reading the flip book "SEASON," and Risa entertained us with the delightful Donguri song! We got creative and made cute pouches using milk cartons and fabric. To inspire our little crafters, we even handed out acorns as examples of what they could collect in their pouches. We were lucky to have families from Singapore, Spain, and China join us, with a total of five kids having a blast together. It was such a relaxing and joyful experience, and everyone left happy with their fun and useful crafts! フリップブック「SEASON 」を読んだり、りささんが楽しいどんぐりの歌で私たちを楽しませてくれたりました！牛乳パックや布を使って、かわいいポーチを作りました。ものづくりが好きな子どもたちがやる気になるように、ポーチに入れるものの見本としてドングリも配りました。シンガポール、スペイン、中国出身の家族が参加して、合計5人の子どもたちがいっしょに楽しみました。役に立つ工作をして、みんな満足して帰っていきました！ #unleashingthepowerofdiversity

1. Craft a Button Christmas Tree
Dive into a variety of colorful buttons and let your creativity shine as you create your own festive Christmas tree.
2. Design Fabric Postcards
Choose from our collection of beautiful fabrics to craft holiday postcards. Share them with friends or keep them for yourself! Experiment with different textures and colors to make something extraordinary.
We’ll provide all the necessary materials, so just bring your creativity and a sense of fun! Let’s celebrate the joy of handmade crafts together. 【Partnership Cases - BOUSAI Workshop in English

【Partnership Cases - BOUSAI Workshop in English @Bosch Japan　英語での防災ワークショップ@ボッシュ・ジャパン】 SCCは、11月18日にボッシュ・ジャパン従業員を対象に日本での防災の基本に関するワークショップを実施しました。地震への備えについて、自宅で気をつけること、緊急非常袋に入れるものや備蓄品について、実物を見せながら説明をしました。また、避難場所についても、ハザードマップを広げながら避難ルートを確認しました。さらに、家族との連絡方法について災害伝言ダイヤルの使い方を説明しました。最後に、じゃがりこで簡単なマッシュポテトができる非常食を実演し、試食をしていただきました。参加者は、英語での説明を希望していたので、当法人のマレーシア出身のメンバーが英語でファシリテートしました。90分という長い時間でしたが、30名近くの従業員が集中して話を聞き、たくさん質問もいただきました。帰りがけに「とても役に立った、ありがとう」と言っていただき、担当したメンバー3名はやりがいを感じました。 On November 18, SCC conducted a
workshop aimed at educating Bosch Japan employees on disaster prevention in Japan. The session covered critical topics such as earthquake
preparedness, home safety measures, essential items for an emergency bag, and effective stockpiling, all
demonstrated with actual items.
Participants reviewed evacuation routes while examining a hazard map and learned about the Disaster Message Dial, an important tool for family
communication during emergencies. To add practical value, a demonstration on preparing mashed potatoes with
Jagariko, an emergency food, was included, allowing participants to
observe the process and taste the food. The session was primarily conducted in English, facilitated by a member of our team from Malaysia. The 90-minute workshop seemed lengthy, but nearly 30 employees listened attentively and asked many questions. The three facilitators felt a sense of
accomplishment when the participants expressed their appreciation upon leaving, saying, “This was very useful, thank you.” #unleashingthepowerofdiversity
