The 7th NPO General Meeting was successfully held on May 25th, with twenty dedicated attendees, including full members, supporting team members, and new volunteers. The representative director delivered a comprehensive report on our recent activities, alongside the income and expenditures for FY2024. The business plan and budget for FY2025 were outlined, highlighting our ambitious mid-term vision.
Following the presentation, participants introduced themselves and participated in two engaging ice-breaker games. The first game, “Find Someone Who…,” allowed attendees to connect by asking each other questions from a bingo-style sheet. Next, we played “Who’s the Same Answer?” where each participant had ten seconds to write down an answer based on a specific theme, such as “Something Red.” Participants earned points for matching answers, fostering a competitive spirit.
After the games, we broke into groups to brainstorm actionable ideas on how individuals and SCC could effectively collaborate with the community. While the adults noted their ideas on sticky notes, one child enthusiastically said, “I want to go grape picking!”
To conclude, we organized a bingo game to draw attention to our prize donations. The board members, who usually observe from a distance, were encouraged by the high level of engagement from everyone.
Interest in volunteering is clearly on the rise, and we are committed to enhancing our impact on society as an organization in FY2025. Thank you for your ongoing support!
５月（がつ）２５日（にち）に第７回（だいななかい）NPO総会（そうかい）を開催（かいさい）しました。正会員（せいしゃいん）、賛助会員（さんじょかいいん）の他（ほか）にボランティアとしてジョインしたばかりの人（ひと）も合（あ）わせて20名（めい）出席（しゅっせき）しました。代表理事（だいひょうりじ）から2024年度（ねんど）の活動報告（かつどうほうこく）、収支報告（しゅうしほうこく）の後（あと）に2025年度（ねんど）の事業計画（じぎょうけいかく）、予算（よさん）についての説明（せつめい）がありました。また、中期計画（ちゅうきけいかく）についてもビジョンを共有（きょうゆう）しました。その後（あと）は、一人（ひとり）ずつ自己紹介（じこしょうかい）とアイスブレイクのゲームを２つしました。一（ひと）つは、Find Someone Who…というビンゴゲームでまぜごぜに質問（しつもん）をし合（あ）いました。次（つぎ）に、グループに分（わ）かれて、「同（おな）じ答（こた）えだれ？」のゲームをしました。例（たと）えば、「赤（あか）いもの」と聞（き）いて、それぞれが思（おも）いついたものを10秒（じゅうびょう）で書（か）き、同（おな）じ答（こた）えの人数分（にんずうぶん）、ポイントが入（はい）るというゲームです。アイスブレイクの後（ご）は、「あなたとSCCは、地域（ちいき）とどのように連携（れんけい）するか」について、グループに分（わ）かれて意見交換（いけんこうかん）をしました。大人（おとな）が付箋（ふせん）にアイディアを書（か）いている横（よこ）で「ぶどう狩（が）りをしたい！」と書（か）いている子（こ）どももいました。最後（さいご）に、寄付（きふ）の景品（けいひん）を集（あつ）めて、景品（けいひん）付（つ）きのビンゴゲームをしました。いつも遠（とお）くから見守（みまも）っている理事（りじ）たちも久（ひさ）しぶりに顔（かお）を合（あ）わせて、みんなが活発（かっぱつ）でうれしいと言（い）っていました。ボランティア希望者（きぼうしゃ）が続々（ぞくぞく）と増（ふ）え、2025年度（ねんど）は組織（そしき）としてより社会（しゃかい）に貢献（こうけん）できるように努（つと）めていきます。引（ひ）き続（つづ）き応援（おうえん）をよろしくお願（ねが）いします！
