10月（がつ）31日（にち）に青葉台東急（あおばだいとうきゅう）スクエアで開催（かいさい）された森（もり）ノオト主催（しゅさい）の子（こ）ども服（ふく）リユースマルシェに出店（しゅってん）しました。SCCのブースでは、子（こ）ども服（ふく）、絵本（えほん）のほかにタイやインドの商品（しょうひん）を並（なら）べました。たくさんの人（ひと）が来（き）て、子（こ）ども服（ふく）と絵本（えほん）はほとんど全部（ぜんぶ）売（う）り切（き）れました。これからハロウィンイベントに行（い）くという人（ひと）が私（わたし）たちのブースに飾（かざ）っていたハロウィンの帽子（ぼうし）がほしいと言（い）って買（か）っていきました。ひとりのおばあさんは、「わたしは、子（こ）ども服（ふく）を買（か）わないけど、ここには色々（いろいろ）な国（くに）のものがあるのね。今（いま）は飛行機（ひこうき）に乗（の）って旅行（りょこう）はできないけど、昔（むかし）はよく海外旅行（かいがいりょこう）に行（い）ったの。何（なに）か一（ひと）つ買（か）っていきたいわ」と言（い）って、インドの布小物（ぬのこもの）を楽（たの）しそうに選（えら）んで買（か）っていきました。お店（みせ）に立（た）っていると、いつも話（はなし）をしない人（ひと）たちと話（はなし）をすることができて楽（たの）しかったです。子（こ）どもたちはお菓子（かし）のつかみどりをしたり、Undoさんのマクラメ編（あ）みのワークショップを楽（たの）しんだりしていました。

On October 31st, we had a fantastic time at the Children’s Clothing Reuse Market hosted by Morinoto at Aobadai Tokyu Square! Our SCC booth featured children’s clothing, picture books, and vibrant goods from Thailand and India. We were thrilled to see so many visitors, and we almost sold out! A shopper heading to a Halloween event spotted our hats and bought one. A elderly woman also came by and shared, “I don’t buy children’s clothes, but I see you have such a variety from different countries. I can’t travel by plane right now, but I used to travel a lot. I’d love to buy something!” She ended up choosing a beautiful Indian fabric purse and left with a big smile.It was a joy to connect with people we don’t usually see, and the kids enjoyed grabbing candy and participating in Undo’s macramé workshop. What a great day!
