神奈川県（かながわけん）は、行政（ぎょうせい）・自治体（じちたい）・企業（きぎょう）・大学（だいがく）・NPOなど多様（たよう）な主体（しゅたい）が共創（きょうせい）し、誰（だれ）もが生（い）きがいを持（も）ち、思（おも）いやりと共感（きょうかん）にあふれた「ともいき社会（しゃかい）」の実現（じつげん）を目指（めざ）しています。
SCCはこの理念（りねん）に共鳴（きょうめい）し、国籍（こくせき）や文化（ぶんか）の違（ちが）いを超（こ）えて、「ちがい」を分断（ぶんだん）ではなく“チカラ”に変（か）える取（と）り組（く）みを通（とお）して、社会（しゃかい）を変（か）えていくNPOであり続（つづ）けたいと考（かんが）えています。
12月（がつ）日（にち）に行（おこな）われた「ともいき社会推進（しゃかいすいしん）コンソーシアム」立（た）ち上（あ）げ式（しき）には、外国出身（かいがいしゅっしん）メンバーとともに出席（しゅっせき）しました。
式典（しきてん）では、「NPOや企業（きぎょう）が可視化（かしか）してきた価値（かち）を、行政（ぎょうせい）や自治体（じちたい）が社会（しゃかい）システムにつなげていくことが重要（じゅううよう）」という力強（ちからづよ）いメッセージが発信（はっしん）されました。
コンソーシアムを通（つう）じて、多様（たよう）な主体（しゅたい）が強（つよ）みを持（も）ち寄（よ）り、共創事業（きょうせいじぎょう）が生う）まれることで、社会的（しゃかいてき）な孤立（こりつ）や不安（ふあん）を抱（かか）えながら暮（く）らす外国出身（がいこくしゅっしん）の親子（おやこ）が安心（あんしん）して過（す）ごせる「ともいき社会（しゃかい）」がさらに前進（ぜんしん）することを期待（きたい）しています。
Kanagawa Prefecture is working with a wide range of partners
—including government bodies, municipalities, companies,
universities, and NPOs—to create a “Tomoiki Society,”where everyone can find a sense of purpose and live with compassion and empathy for one another.
SCC strongly resonates with this vision. By going beyond differences in nationality and culture, and through initiatives that transform “differences” into strengths rather than divisions,we aim to continue our role as an NPO driving positive social change.
On December 19, we attended the launch ceremony of the Tomoiki Society Promotion Consortium
together with our members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
During the ceremony, a powerful message was shared:the social value made visible by NPOs and companies must be connected and embedded into social systems by governments and municipalities.
Through this consortium, as diverse stakeholders bring together their unique strengths and create new collaborative initiatives—with the support of Kanagawa Prefecture—
we hope to see further progress toward a Tomoiki Society where parents and children from multicultural backgrounds, who may be living with feelings of isolation or anxiety, can feel safe, supported, and included.
