For those who wish to have a paper version of the vaccination certificate reissued, or those who need a paper version of the vaccination certificate after having issued the electronic version via the smartphone app, there are also checkpoints installed at Seven-Eleven stores.
It is now possible to obtain a paper version of a vaccination certificate (for both overseas and domestic use, and only for Japan) by using your My Number card at the multi-function copier machine where you live.
