Let’s enjoy the wonderful outdoors together in the glorious Shiki-no-mori park. It’s a great chance to make new friends and enjoy nature together.
Shiki-no-mori park is a very large park (453,000 square metres) with a lake, rice paddy fields, thousands of trees and flowers, and walking trails.
The park has plenty of vending machines and toilets. There’s a shop selling ice creams, drinks and snacks.

Meet at 10:30am in JR Nakayama station, at the ticket gate.
Please bring a picnic sheet and lunch for your family. There are lots of shops at Nakayama station so you can get food there if you need to. If you need to buy food, please get it before 10:30.
Please bring these items:
1. Lunch, snacks and drinks
2. Plastic picnic sheet
3. Mask and alcohol wash
4. Sun hat (it may be very hot and sunny)
It’s fun to bring binoculars too.
There’s a small fee of ¥200 per family. We’re an NPO so this money helps pay for insurance and other costs.
