At the beginning of this new fiscal year, we were asked to include OYACO, a parenting reference booklet edited and published by SCC, in the welcome kit (essential information kit for international families living in Tsuzuki) distributed to foreign residents at the Tsuzuki Ward Office’s Family Registration Section. Thanks to your donation, we could afford the printing cost (42,940 yen).
International families who have just started living in Japan and are raising children are filled with anxiety. They said it was really helpful to be able to find out local information needed for parenting in English and plain Japanese, and that it’s a “Life saver!
SCC also received a request from the Japanese language class at the Aoba International Lounge to distribute 150 copies to foreign families attending the Japanese language class. We could not have delivered the booklets on our own. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your warm donation.

2023年度に入って、都筑区役所の戸籍課で外国人住民に配布するウェルカムキット（都筑区内に住む外国人家族のための必須情報キット）に、SCCが編集・発行している子育てレファレンスブック「OYACO（おやこ）」を入れて配布することになりました。皆様のご寄付により、印刷費（42,940円）を賄うことができました。
日本に住み始めたばかりの子育て中の外国人家族は不安でいっぱいです。「子育てに必要な地域の情報を英語とやさしい日本語で知ることができるのは本当に助かります！」と話す外国人家族もいます。また、青葉国際交流ラウンジの日本語教室からも日本語教室に通う外国人家族に150部配布したいと連絡がありました。私たちだけでは届けることができなかった冊子です。皆様からの温かいご寄付に心より感謝申し上げます。今後ともご支援よろしくお願いいたします。
